The Frontex Management Board “working group on fundamental rights and legal and operational aspects of operations” issued a number of recommendations in its preliminary report in January. As requested, Executive Director Fabrice Leggeri reported on the state of implementation of these recommendations in February and submitted a roadmap on further steps that the Agency needs to guarantee their swiftest possible implementation.
