In accordance with Article 50(7) of the European Border and Coast Guard Regulation,
2019/1896 (‘the Regulation’), the Fundamental Rights Officer (‘the FRO’) of the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (‘Frontex’) shall provide observations to return operations on fundamental rights, – i.e., Fundamental Rights Officer’s Observation to Return Operations, covering all return operations.
