The JHAAN is composed of 9 EU agencies: CEPOL, EUAA, EIGE, EUDA, eu-LISA, Eurojust, Europol, FRA, and Frontex. LIBE, Council GS, COM (DG HOME, DG JUST) and the EEAS are permanent observers of the Network. The Presidency of the Network is held for a year, on a rotating basis among the 9 EU agencies. The Network normally approves a list of priority actions which are followed up throughout the year (Presidency’s Programme). At the end of each Presidency, a joint Final report summarising the annual JHAAN activities is produced.
