Working Arrangement on Operational Cooperation between Frontex and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), signed in Montreal on 30 October 2026. It succeeds the arrangement of 2010 and sets out how the two agencies cooperate on the exchange of information and risk analysis, including within the framework of EUROSUR, and on document fraud, training and capacity building, returns, and the exchange of observers and liaison officers. The arrangement includes safeguards on fundamental rights and does not provide for the exchange of personal data; its annex on EUROSUR forms an integral part of it.
