Over the last four years, the Eastern Partnership IBM Capacity Building Project led by Frontex helped expand the ability of the border guards and customs officers of the six Eastern Partnership countries – Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine – to guarantee internal security and facilitate legitimate movement of people and goods across borders.
