This document aims to present the state of play of Good Practices and procedures
consistent with international and EU legal obligations in different stages of the return
process where families with children are involved and to compile them in a single document promoting the Good Practices on Children and Families in Return (hereinafter referred to as “Good Practices”) at the EU level.
