The purpose and scope of this Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter ‘MoU’) is to ensure cooperation between the two co-existent complaints mechanisms within their respective mandates and to exchange information related to allegations of fundamental rights violations, during all the Agency’s operational acttivities on the territory of Albania, or the activities of the Agency related with the return operations to the republic of Albania.
